We will gladly accept returns on any unused part or product for any reason within 30 days from placing your order. As our customers expect new Frigidaire parts, items must be unused and returned in the same, new condition as received and in their original packaging. Customer returns within 30 days will be credited the original sales price minus shipping. New, unused items may be returned after 30 days but before 364 days but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Visit “Your Orders” page on Amazon and find the order from Frigidaire Parts and Accessories. Select the button “Return Items” and follow the instructions provided. You will receive an email from our Customer Service Team with instructions for processing your return.
All parts sold by Frigidaire Parts and Accessories include Frigidaire’s 90-Day warranty.
